Our Mission Statement

We are creating a property portfolio to specialise in BTL and Serviced Accommodation, with the occasional new build to spice up our creative thinking. We are striving to deliver high end quality Serviced Accommodation for our clients in key locations. Offering comfort, style, security and safety with no exceptions in our mission to deliver on our promise.

Who We Are

Hello, we are Karl and Emma. A Husband and Wife team with a history of breeding Weimaraner’s and working hard for other companies.

In my mind I’ve wasted years of my life working for national companies on substandard pay thinking this was it. In our younger years, Emma was a fantastic gymnast and wanted to become a professional dancer, I on the other hand was a dreamer, due to playing low level semi pro football and not understand true life. It wasn’t until I came across Weimaraner’s and eventually winning best in breed at Crufts, which gave us a platform to breed these magnificent dogs. I discovered my heart and passion for helping families find their new 4-legged best friend, there new family member that would be loyal and give their undivided attention and love. We can learn so much from dogs, so I choose to follow their philosophy and put that mindset in to property, undivided attention, love and passion.

At first, we flipped 2 properties in Somerset over a period of 15 years, but still didn’t understand the power of property or how we could use our strengths in aiding us in creating and refurbing beautiful homes for others.
After being mentored by a property investor, we discovered our true path and created ShineBright Property Ventures and The ShineBright Group. Our passion is to continue with our 4 legged friends philosophy and show undivided love and attention in all property ventures we undertake, which will one day lead us to our final goal. Creating a rescue centre, a safe place of rest of any dog that has been mistreated or abandoned and help heal or rehabilitate.



New Builds

Using land sourcing techniques has been a key successful strategy to aid us in securing new build opportunities. From finding property with large gardens to bungalows with land, we have been fortunate our team of architects and builds are able to produce stunning projects.



Buy to let

We love finding little gems and renovating for our future tenants. All refurbishment work has been carried out by our own far hands, as I personally get a little obsessed creating that special place, as I love to see others enjoying the cosy home life.



Serviced Accommodation

We are specialists in Serviced Accommodation lettings, acquiring property in key locations for corporate, contractors and tourism for long and short term bookings. Creating comfortable and homely properties to suit an array of clients featuring more space, privacy and stylish décor. An unparalleled experience in a tastefully furnished private space, complete with modern conveniences, making them a perfect alternative to hotels.



HMO

Our HMO journey started in the wonderful town of Chichester. A friend with a disability struggled to find accommodation to allow for wheelchair access, including a property which had purpose build kitchens and downstairs wet rooms. So, we strived to create more availability for students that require purposely designed residence, to support them with a cosy home and the freedoms they need to feel safe and secure.
